Taylor Emmons
January 31st, 1991-December 5, 2010

On December 5, 2010, Brother Taylor Emmons passed away suddenly. Our brotherhood experienced it's most trying time during his death. The White Rose Ceremony was performed at our house in front of our brotherhood, Taylor's friends, and his loving family.
Taylor was a smart, caring, and fun young man, who always put the needs and feelings of others before his. He was a talented athlete, excelling in baseball and golf. While attending the University of Miami he thrived off the energy of his classmates, teachers, and friends. He left everyone he met with the feeling that they were not only accepted, but appreciated. Never one to pass up a good time, he was always the life of the party, leaving all who met him with the impression that he was a genuinely nice and fun person to be around.
Today, our brotherhood weeps at his loss, leaving a hole in our hearts and an emptiness in our chapter. However, it is his glowing smile, his contagious energy, and his funny jokes that will in time fill that void, carrying on his legacy withing the hearts of everyone he's ever met.
A scholarship fund was established in his name, as well as a naming ceremony for the baseball field at his former high school, Out of Door Academy. Please visit temmons.org for more information.
